David Grande is the
President, CEO and along with his wife, Angela, co-founder of
Cherished Creations, Inc. In December of 1996, he decided to
fulfill his lifelong desire to "do something to benefit
children" and thus Cherished Creations was formed. A former high
school and collegiate basketball player and now a coach with
over 25 years of experience at these levels, David continues to
make a positive difference in the lives of young adults. The
office of Cherished Creations is housed in the headquarters of
David's company, Vitusa Products, Inc., a food grade chemical
distributor. The staff and resources of the office (postage,
copying, computers, etc.) are generously shared with us.

Rich Martell
is an engineer by training and also holds an MBA. He has been
active in the voluntary sector throughout his career and serves
as the Executive Director. Rich is also a member of the Board of
Directors for Cherished Creations.

Doreen Pesce-Whitney is an Associated Director of
Cherished Creations. Doreen holds a BA in Psychology, and her
past experiences include acting as Patient Relations Coordinator
for the Summit Medical Group at the Berkeley Heights, NJ campus.
Doreen supports local communities by acting as a volunteer
member of the Sexual Assault Response Team (S.A.R.T.) in
Morristown, NJ and as a Volunteer Guardian for One-on-One Inc.
in Flemington, NJ.
