We get continual
feedback from referring social workers, doctors, and the children
and families we serve. Here is some of the recent notes we've
received.
The situation that comes to my mind is the little boy with two blind parents. I called you on a Thursday, having been turned down by a Wish Organization as the child was too young (21/2). The wish was to go to Sesame Place to meet his character friends. The wish was set up in a day and the family took him on Saturday. He died several days after that. They were so appreciative of the opportunity to spend a happy day with their child. I was so relieved to have been able to help them when time was so limited. It is your incredible ability to size up a situation and do what needs to be done quickly that never ceases to amaze me. Thank you for being there for us and for our families.
